Don Manny” recipe dates back over 80 years and has been handed down from
father to son for generations. Our recipe is unique and different from other
sauces because of its rich and complex blend of flavor. It has a 'secret
blend' of spices that gives it the ability to maintain its great flavor while
having plenty of heat.
The making of this sauce for marketing came about from our late father, Manuel
Badillo, who prepared “Pique” to delight all his family and friends during
the holiday season. His secret recipe created a growing demand for his sauce
among the local markets.
